Terms of service

Terms of Service

By ordering from Nivezzo you agree to what follows. We have kept it short and in plain language.

What we sell

Personalised ceramic ornaments, printed to order with the words you give us and made in the United States. Product images on this site show the design and finish as accurately as we can render them. Because each piece is made individually, small variations in colour and placement are normal.

Your personalisation

You are responsible for what you ask us to print. By placing an order you confirm that you have the right to use the names, words and dates you submit, and that they do not infringe anyone else's trademark or copyright.

We will not print content that is hateful, threatening, obscene, or that infringes someone else's rights. If we decline an order for that reason we will refund you in full and tell you why.

What you see is what we print

Before you pay, the product page shows your words on the ornament. That preview is the agreed description of your order: it is what goes to print.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include free US shipping. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. If a price is displayed in error, we will contact you before charging you and you may cancel.

Cancellation and refunds

Covered in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Our liability

If we get something wrong, our responsibility is limited to replacing the item or refunding what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as a gift not arriving in time for an occasion, though we will always try to prevent that and will tell you honestly if a deadline is at risk.

Intellectual property

The designs, artwork, text and images on this site belong to Nivezzo. You may not reproduce or resell them. The words you supply remain yours.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
