Before you write

• Waiting on your proof? It normally arrives within one business day of ordering. Check your spam folder first.
• Need to change a name or a date? If you have not approved the proof yet, we can change anything at no cost.
• Something arrived damaged? Send a photo and your order number. A replacement goes out the same day, free.
• Ordering for Christmas? Our cut-off is December 15.

Include your order number if you have one. It makes everything faster.
