How long it takes

There are two parts to the wait, and we would rather be straight about both:

• Printing: your ornament is made after you order it. Our print partner in the United States usually has it printed within about a day.
• Delivery: it then ships from within the United States. Production time is ours and we control it. Delivery time belongs to the carrier, so we quote it as an estimate rather than a promise.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order within the United States.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Christmas orders

Because printing takes about a day and the parcel ships domestically, orders placed with reasonable time before Christmas normally arrive in time. If you are ordering close to the date and need it by a particular day, email us at merinoariel05@gmail.com first and we will tell you honestly whether it can make it.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email the moment your parcel is dispatched. If tracking has not moved for more than 7 business days, email us at merinoariel05@gmail.com and we will chase it or replace the order.

Wrong address

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If it is wrong, tell us immediately and we will change it if the parcel has not shipped. Once a parcel has been dispatched to an incorrect address we cannot recall it, though we will always try to help.
